* Cancellations after the 24-hour period are not allowed once the product has been shipped.
* Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days of the cancellation request.
2. Refund Policy:
We aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you’re not happy with your order or have received a damaged product, here’s how we handle refunds:
* For Damaged or Defective Products: You can request a replacement or refund within 15 days of order confirmation. Please contact support@lifeisspeed.com to initiate the return process.
* For Canceled Orders: If you cancel your order within 24 hours of order confirmation, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
* Refund Processing Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 1-2 business days of the cancellation or return request approval. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 working days, depending on the bank’s processing time.
3. Return Policy:
* Returns are accepted only for unused, unopened, and undamaged products, within 15 days of order confirmation.
* Products that have been opened, are consumable, or have tampered packaging are not eligible for return.
* Defective or damaged items will be either replaced or refunded, following the return request guidelines.
